Team Leader Customer Service
As a supervisor, you will be leading your International Customer Service team on daily basis. This role offers development opportunities and you will be able to work with multiple business aspects.
Your supervisor role on daily basis :
- Leading and developing your team
- Being responsible for managing relationship activities for the key Customers.
- Managing existing relationships and developing new relationships with the key accounts
- Keeping up the communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Making sure the team's efficiency and productivity is always at their best
- Being creative and hands on to deliver a high quality of service to Customer.
- Training the team if needed and making sure everyone is motivated and feeling comfortable in their role.
For the Supervisor role, you will need.
- Between 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Solid experience in coaching a team in a dynamic and challenging working environement
- Solid experience in managing a successful partnership with external stakeholders
- Professional level of English and an additional European language is a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Hands on and able to work independently
- Entrepreneurial mind set and pro-active approach
- Goal oriented and quality driven
