Senior Chinese Order Management | Sales support | SAP
- Act as first point of contact for the company's customers
- Receive orders from customers and registering them to the system SAP
- Provide support to Sales Representatives
- Enter and administrate purchase orders and customers orders
- In charge of coordinating the transportation and freight
- Ensuring all other logistic processes are correct and within the needed time frame
- Handling customer's complaints
Good problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently, whilst functioning in a team.
- Able to work under pressure (stress resistant) in a fast moving environment.
- Have a friendly, helpful personality.
- 2-3 years working experience with SAP and stock planning.
- 3-5 years working experience in a sales department with import-export knowledge as a Sales support.
- Advanced knowledge on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent language skills in English and Mandarin are required.
