French Commercial Assistant for a key Account


Job description

Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and international company and take over your own accounts and responsibilities. We are looking for a positive, sharp and hard-working person to join the team of a great international company. The company operates in the industrial sector and have decades of experience and strong market reputation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent French and English language skills and affinity with client communication and coordination. Some of you main responsibilities would be the following:

  • Act as first point of contact for the company's customers
  • Provide support to Sales Representatives
  • Receive orders from customers and registering them to the system
  • Enter and administrate purchase orders and customer orders
  • In charge of coordinating the transportation and freight
  • Ensuring all other logistic processes are correct and within the needed time frame
  • Solve problems related to the orders by investigating
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of each order
  • Handling customer's complaints

Job requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Order Management or Customer service role
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is an absolute must
  • Excellent English language skills are required
  • Motivated and detail oriented
  • Experience in working with warehouse and distribution is a pre
  • Team player with flexible mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accurate worker with good time management and customer-service attitude

Company profile

International company based in south-west from Rotterdam. It is not very easy to reach by public transport, so having a car could be a great advantage, although it is not a must. They are international and really close-knit people. Always ready to help and with a very friendly attitude.
