We are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to support German and Hungarian markets for our client based in the Hague area. On a daily basis you will be responsible for a large diversity of tasks, which will motivate and trigger you to develop further. Among many, you will:

  • Manage all questions and enquiries related to orders, invoicing and structure of the fees for the European region
  • Serve as main point of contact for all European customers, clients and suppliers
  • You will be man ageing assigned accounts and assuring that all terms are enforced and credit lines are followed
  • Keep continuous contact and maintain the communication with the accounts to ensure all due payments have been payed out
  • Engage in negotiation of payment plans if needed
  • Provide training for the on system usage when required
  • Provide customer service to the assigned accounts and ensure to maintain strong client relationships
  • Support the team with translation of materials
  • Take part in any other projects related to the customer service and credit collection services

Job requirements Customer Support Specialist- German & Hungarian

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with customer service, preferably in a dynamic international environment
  • Fluency in Hungarian and German (both written and spoken); additional knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus
  • Fluent English skills are required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Self-starter able to work independently and with high level of accuracy
  • Strong ability to prioritize among several complex tasks
  • Service-mindedness and strive to achieve high-quality account management
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Fun colleagues to work with
