This is a dynamic and multi-facet role with a friendly and multi-cultural company. They offer an educational product to companies and institutions around the world. You would join the close-knit team of international people, providing customer and product support to both the clients as well as the end user.
The office employs around 20 people from all over the world. They are a leader in their field, offering an educational product to different institutions and establishments. Your role would be two-fold. On one hand you would support the clients with any queries on the product, simple technical troubleshooting and set-up. You would also manage different systems and processes, process orders and action deliveries, track product status and answer incoming emails/phone calls from the end users. This role is both B2B and B2C, the ideal candidate being a prompt multi-tasker, focused and patient person.
The ideal candidate is target-orientated and can work well in a process-driven environment. You are constantly willing to learn and improve your skills, providing satisfactory customer service and showing excellent problem solving skills. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are flexible and work well in a team.
