Are you looking for a new, challenging opportunity in the Accounts Receivable field? We are recruiting for an ambitious and driven specialist with previous experience in credit collection. Our client is an international company offering a unique set of financial and administrative services. You will be working mainly on the French market and striving to bring the collection numbers up each quarter. Among others, you will responsible for the following tasks and projects:

  • Manage assigned accounts and assuring that all terms are enforced and credit lines are followed
  • Manage all questions and enquiries related to orders, invoicing and structure of the fees for the European region
  • Serve as main point of contact for all European customers, clients and suppliers
  • Keep continuous contact and maintain the communication with the accounts to ensure all due payments have been payed out
  • Engage in negotiation of payment plans if needed
  • Perform audits on the billing and reimbursement
  • Provide training for the on sytem usage when required
  • Provide customer service to the assigned accounts and ensure to maintain strong client relationships
  • Support the team with translation of materials
  • Take part in any other projects related to the account development and credit collection services

Job requirements Credit Collection Specialist with fluency in French

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with credit collection, preferably in a dynamic international environment
  • Fluency in French is a must for this role (both written and spoken)
  • Fluent English skills are required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Self-starter able to work independently and with high level of accuracy
  • Strong ability to prioritize among several complex tasks
  • Service-mindness and strive to ac hive high-quality account management
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Great colleague to work with
