Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers and Executives in gaining information regarding products and services from suppliers such as cost, availability anda delivery times for their respective accounts.
  • Preparation of data reports for forcasting, profitability analysis and data usage through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supervision over all outstanding items associated with customer accounts as well as product orders and ensuring accurate timely delivery.
  • Inventory supervision and providing advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Communicate with accounting department to resolve billing issues and address past due receivables.
  • Provide support with procurement activities for goods and services.
  • Assist Account Managers with daily administrative responsibilities
  • Possible on site visits to customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up.
  • Ensure professional, accurate and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues.
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule.
  • Perform all tasks with sense of confidentiality

Required skills & key qualifications

  • Highly developed attention to detail and good ability to prioratize among several projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have well -developed organizational and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to solve quickly complex multiple cplex tasks.
  • Independent worker, able to cooperate with multiple team memebrs located globally.
  • Good understanding of metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones and geography.
  • University degree in Business Administration or similar field or 4+ years of experience in a related role is required.
  • Fluent English and another European language (Dutch will be the preferred language).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel are required.
