We are helping them to find the best Workforce Scheduling Analyst out there to support the WFM scheduling needs of the EMEA region. We have a full job profile available but would rather focus on you and what you need to offer for this role.

Does this sound like you?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years WFM experience. Ideally in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment.
  • You have very good knowledge and experience of ASPECT WFM Software.
  • You have a strong mathematical and analytical mindset but can communicate at all levels of the business too.
  • You have experience working with queues and language options in a Contact Centre setting.
