For one of our clients, a fast growing internationally operating company, we are looking for two native Dutch Trade Support employees, one more senior (3-5 years of experience) and one junior/medior (1-3 years). If you have experience in sales processes, you are a hands on, you appreciate variation and you are not afraid of responsibility then this is a great opportunity for you!

You will be part of a solid team that supports traders.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the order portfolio
  • Preparing delivery reports
  • Processing sales orders
  • Supervising the purchasing and sales orders
  • Management of internal and external logistical processes
  • Planning and arrangement of international transportation
  • Communication with customers and suppliers

Our main requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 1-3 & 3-5 years of experience (for each of the roles)
  • Native Dutch with professional fluency in English (3rd language would be a plus)
  • You master Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be great too)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution and results-oriented, accurate and proactive
