Job tasks as a tech support agent:
- Provide 2nd line tech support; also provide 1st line support when the respective agent is not available
- Discuss with customers technical aspects of product installation, operation and maintenance
- Handle escalated issues and follow-up appropriately
- Handle written customer communications in the form of email and web-chat in support of post-sale customer inquiries.
- Check status of repair orders per customer request and ensure the invoices as sent accordingly
- At least 1 year’ experience in tech support
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Experience with Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Experience of working in a fast response environment is a must
- Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to interface directly with the custome
