Job tasks as a tech support agent:

  • Provide 2nd line tech support; also provide 1st line support when the respective agent is not available
  • Discuss with customers technical aspects of product installation, operation and maintenance
  • Handle escalated issues and follow-up appropriately
  • Handle written customer communications in the form of email and web-chat in support of post-sale customer inquiries.
  • Check status of repair orders per customer request and ensure the invoices as sent accordingly

Requirements

  • At least 1 year’ experience in tech support
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience of working in a fast response environment is a must
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to think outside the box.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to interface directly with the custome
