We are currently seeking a Technical Support Agent fluent in German to implement our clients’ software products and install the interfaces as well as handle any queries from the customer related to the system functions.

How does the perfect Technical Support-German candidate look like:

  • Preferably a degree in computers sciences or IT related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Native German speaker
  • Good IT skills (working on various different customer CRM systems)
  • Experience or interest in Automotive Industry
  • Good team player
  • Ability to look after multiple customer accounts
  • Experience working with Service Now
