For one of our clients, a growing and forward-thinking company in the IT industry, I'm looking for a Technical Support Agent - German speaking - to join their team. I'm seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent able to satisfy their clients providing a fast and high-quality customer service. You will join an international team and you will report to the Customer Service Manager. You will be an active part of the team and you will be involved in the growth and development of the services and the department.

Your main tasks:

  • handle customers' issues through the ticketing system
  • provide high-quality support thank to the deep knowledge of the product
  • to be in contact with clients world-wide on a daily basis
  • support the team and be part of its growth
  • be involved in projects
