Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Branch Sales- and Service Administration Team
  • Provide and document consistent feedback to team members; complete employee performance reviews
  • Ensure the team understands and adheres to the compliance manual  
  • Update the knowledge and skills of team by organizing periodic coaching and training sessions
  • Managing Customer experience – from processing requests, to ensuring smooth communication and information flow, to troubleshooting and finding solutions
  • Continuous Improvement of sales and service processes and systems

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of managerial experience within customer service / sales support
  • Fluent in any Nordic language (written and verbal) + Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experienced user of Microsoft applications
  • Strong ERP system experience is a must (Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is highly preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Flexible with occasional (international) travel
