- Leading the customer support team and monitoring the activities for key customers and distributors
- Maintaining and developing new relationships with the key accounts and various stakeholders
- Be responsible for team's productivity, ensuring targets are met
- Identifying areas for improvement and taking initiatives to increase performance and customer satisfaction
- Striving to maximize customer engagement with creative means
