We are currently seeking a Software / Application Support for our client – a rapidly growing company offering delivery management system for international clients in retail industry.
- Assisting new customers in Europe with technical integration.
- Support customers and developers via mail, phone or screen sharing tools.
- Be a point of contact for freelance developers and facilitate information flow between developers and customers.
- Provide and update all ex- and internal helpdesk documentation.
- Test new integrations, apps and functionalities.
- Fluent level of English – spoken and written.
- Have a deep interest in and understanding of e-commerce software.
- Self-motivated and pro-active; able to work under own initiative.
- Organised and structured.
- Service minded and puts customers first.
A BSc degree in IT is considered a plus.
