We are currently seeking a Software / Application Support for our client – a rapidly growing company offering delivery management system for international clients in retail industry.


  • Assisting new customers in Europe with technical integration.
  • Support customers and developers via mail, phone or screen sharing tools.
  • Be a point of contact for freelance developers and facilitate information flow between developers and customers.
  • Provide and update all ex- and internal helpdesk documentation.
  • Test new integrations, apps and functionalities.


  • Fluent level of English – spoken and written.
  • Have a deep interest in and understanding of e-commerce software.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active; able to work under own initiative.
  • Organised and structured.
  • Service minded and puts customers first.

A BSc degree in IT is considered a plus.
