For our international client – one of the largest manufactures of agricultural vehicles – we are currently seeking a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, managing accounts (dealerships) within the Netherlands and the rest of Europe and working closely with the Sales team based overseas.


Essential Duties:

  • Managing service operations within the dealership to maximize profits for the dealership and optimize service processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers and technicians in the diagnosis of machine problems and promoting excellent customer service
  • Collecting failure details and provide / involve in technical analysis
  • Ensuring availability of Fast Moving Parts & Critical Parts at various dealerships
  • Traveling to dealerships in the Netherlands and adjoining countries whenever required as per business needs (50-60% of travel)
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Coordinating, developing and leading customer training and related events with the dealers
  • Sharing best practices and implementing common processes throughout the global service team



  • Engineering, preferably mechanical education
  • 3 -4 years of relevant experience in Service operations withing Agri business
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English languages
  • Ability to speak one on one and within a group
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service operations
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and internet functions
  • Familiarity with Agri business vehicle type of products
  • Valid Drivers License
