Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full cycle administrative support for employees
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders for all “routine” questions, providing advice, guidance and coaching to both staff and managers in all aspects of HR
  • Support expat employees on all aspects relating to immigration and relocation
  • Coordinate payroll with the compensation and benefits specialist
  • Proactively identify people issues together with the HRBP and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with your HR colleagues in contributing to various HR projects
  • Keep up to date with legal requirements and provide suggestions for changes

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR Coordination experience with an international Tech / Software company
  • good understanding of Dutch Labour Law
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal)
