Are you fluent in Swedish or Norwegian? Do you have some years of experience in sales administration or customer service? Are you currently based in the Netherlands? Would you like to work for a well-known and stably growing company in the manufacturing industry?

The Sales Support is responsible for dealing with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

Responsibilities

  • Strong customer focus orientation: Constant monitoring of and communication to customers regarding their orders status, shipment planning, documentation and scheduling
  • Close communication with our distribution centre & logistic partners regarding shipment planning, creation of customs documents etc.
  • Order Entry and invoice creation in ERP system
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and e-mails

Requirements:

  • Available full time (40 hours per week is preferred)
  • Highly communicative and proactive
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in Swedish or Norwegian
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or sales support
