Our client is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator - German speaker - to take ownership over your portfolio of clients and be responsible from the entire order-to-cash process as a main point of contact for your clients. The core of the role is to focus on providing premium service to B2B customers of premium brands. You are responsible for guiding the journey of customers' orders from the placement until the delivery to the client; by connecting the dots between finance, logistics, sales and operations you ensure your customers get the right deliveries on time. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • take care of the entire order-to-cash process with B2B customers
  • order entry in SAP
  • managing issues related to stock availability, pricing, etc.
  • handle credit and product return documents
  • creating proforma invoices
  • be in contact with the distribution center and logistic partners
  • keep up-to-date and analyze customers' accounts, orders and shipments
  • delivery note creation


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Commerce
  • German speaker
  • fluency in English
  • previous experience in a similar role
  • customer-focused, accurate, organized
  • excellent knowledge of Excel
  • experience with SAP preferred
