Our client - an international consumer goods company - is currently looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join their team. In this role, due to your knowledge of sales support processes, you will prepare reports, work on data and suggest actions to take and how processes can be improved. You will be involved in different projects and will be responsible for leading them and to a successful conclusion. You will report to the Sales Support Manager and your goal will be to assure smooth and successful processes and solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • being part/leading projects related to the sales support team
  • updating and interpreting sales support KPI reporting on a monthly basis
  • preparing reports for the manager, team leaders and the team
  • analyzing sales operations procedures and suggesting improvements
  • creating standard processes and procedures
  • conducting analysis regarding returns, credits, etc. in order to take corrective actions
  • acting as an expert about all the processes
  • assisting the sales support team when required

What you will offer to the company:

  • BA or MA in Business, Commerce, Finance or similar
  • proficiency in English
  • 3 years minimum of experience in this role or a similar one
  • experience in project management
  • good knowledge of Excel
  • experience with SAP or other ERP systems (or Salesforce) will be considered a plus
