For one of our clients we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. The main responsibilities of this role involve:

• Providing sales support to the Account Managers

• Calling various leads and also performing proactive after sales calls

• Support customers with information and support

• Help identify help qualify and find both new and existing sales opportunities

• Making Quotations, dealing with orders and other sales related questions

• Working together with other departments to ensure the top quality of your job

• Attend training to build a growing knowledge of the product and customer satisfaction 

• Customer care professional

Main requirements:

• Native French and fluent English

• Great interpersonal skills and an excellent phone manner

• Accurate and very detail oriented

• A positive and professional attitude
