  • Dealing with sales orders, returns, repairs, and exchange requests
  • Taking part in business improvement projects that can benefit future processes 
  • Coordinates between different departments in order to offer high quality customer support 
  • Handles returns, RMA documents 
  • Ensures that orders complies to all SOX. 
  • Takes care in regards to open sales orders on a daily basis 
  • Refer technical queries to the technical team. 
  • Maintaining the masterdata in several systems 
  • Handling reports 
  • Taking part in business improvement projects that can benefit future processes 
  • Providing cross training to team members as required. 
  • Ability to adjust work schedule and/or evening shift if this could be required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • At least 4 years of business to business in high end customer support - NO call centres
  • Language English including a second language (French, German) 
  • Excellent customer services skills; 
  • Communication skills 
  • Experience with SAP and ideally Salesforce.com.
