For one of our clients we are looking for a Spanish, Italian or Portuguese speaker who want to launch her or his career in the media industry as a Sales Coordinator. If you have great administrative skills and are not afraid of talking on the phone with external stakeholders, keep reading!
What will your tasks be:
- Database entry
- Maintenance of sales activities such as following up with clients, processing registrations and requests
- Assisting the Sales Director with travel plans (agenda, booking hotels and flights)
- Preparing company's presentations on Power Point
- Preparing promotional material for the sales team
- Entering and modifying data on Excel sheet
We are looking for motivated individuals, with great Excel and Power Point skills. You will need to be able to deal with pressure, deadlines and multi-task. The initial salary for this position is €1600 with great prospect to increase in the future.
We are also considering candidates who just finish their studies and are motivated to grow in the media industry.
