For one of our clients we are looking for a Russian, Slovak, Polish or any other Eastern European language speaker who want to launch her or his career in the media industry as a Sales Coordinator. What will your tasks be:
- Database entry
- Maintenance of sales activities such as following up with clients, processing registrations and requests
- Assisting the Sales Director with travel plans (agenda, booking hotels, and flights)
- Preparing company's presentations on Power Point
- Preparing promotional material for the sales team
- Entering and modifying data on Excel sheet
What are looking for in the ideal candidate for this position?
- English proficiency
- Native level of Polish, Slovak, Russian, Romanian or any other Eastern European language
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education (Law degree is a plus!)
- Internship or short experience office-based
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
We are looking for motivated individuals, with great Excel and Power Point skills. You will need to be able to deal with pressure, deadlines, and multi-task. The initial salary for this position is between €1600 and €1800 with great prospect to increase in the future.
We are also considering candidates who just finish their studies and are motivated to grow in the media industry.
