Are you fluent in Any of the Nordic languages + English? Do you have some years of experience in leading sales administration/customer service? Are you currently based in the Netherlands? Would you like to work for a well-known and stably growing company in the manufacturing industry?

The Sales and Service Admin Lead is responsible for the day to day interactions between the customers, factories and distribution channels, providing leadership and close supervision of the team to achieve total customer satisfaction and loyalty through process and people development.

Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Lead the Branch Sales- and Service Administration Team
  • Foster a culture of customer focused service and collaboration
  • Team and People Development: 
  • Training and coaching

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Order Management
  • Customer Inquiries and Communication
  • Technical Support and Trouble shooting

Continuous Improvement of Processes and Systems

  • Collaborate/Implement Sales Order Process Improvements

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in customer/sales service area
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in any of the Nordic languages + Fluent (written and verbal) in English
  • Preferably experienced in import/export documentations/regulations in an international environment 
  • Microsoft AX or other ERP experience would be a bonus
