Job Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:

  • Process a high-volume of product orders and delivery processing
  • Process invoices for all sales transactions
  • Ensure prices and customer data are up to date
  • Provide support in reporting sales data
  • Support the branch sales force with general operations to help reach the branch’s objectives
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from the customers in a timely manner 
  • Communicate internally the feedback from the customers

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience preferably as sales administrator or in customer service
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in either Swedish/ Norwegian + Fluent(written and verbal) in English
  • Preferably experienced in import/export documentations/regulations in an international environment 
  • Microsoft AX or other ERP experience
