Job Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle
  • Client-focused consultative approach to new business development (via cold calling, follow up on incoming leads, networking, attending industry events etc.)
  • Account management - manage existing client portfolio and upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Deliver demos and presentations
  • Participate in cross regional knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of SAAS solution sales experience for the Recruitment / HR industry (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Experience selling to senior executives and c-level counterparts
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (mostly to the UK)
  • Currently based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
