We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or for an experienced Recruiter who is looking to take their first step into team management.

You will take care of a small team of dedicated and motivated Recruiters who are great at what they do and fun to work with too. Our teams are very international so it does not matter where you come from or what languages you speak as long as you can help them to develop the skills and competencies to be even more successful.

 What you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience from an Agency or In-house setting.
  • Proven experience of coaching and mentoring Junior to mid-level Recruiters.
  • A successful track record in beating your own targets as well as your team targets.
  • Ideally a good knowledge of the International marketplace in the Netherlands.
  • Familiarity with the relevant Labour Laws covering Permanent, Temporary and Interim recruitment.
  • A determination to go that extra mile for your candidates, your clients and, especially, your team.
  • A degree level education.
