Main responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers to know about products and services cost, lead times, availability of stock, delivery schedules, pickup details and coordinate with internal teams
  • In the ERP system, process purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) and report on missing or short shipments, and supplier performance
  • Ensure POs are received by suppliers and update POs with current shipment information
  • Receive inbound orders into the zone Distribution Centers
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and support with customer invoicing
  • Request/analyze production quotes and advise operational teams
  • Identify potential issues in the supply chain

Your profile:

  • French and English professional proficiency is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Experience in a related role is a plus (coordination, data entry management, order to cash or purchasing)
  • ERP software experience is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
