For one of our clients we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will act as the internal point of contact for customers and will work closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing and Supply Chain departments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has customer support experience who wants to work in a B2B environment in a sales support role with a technical product.
What will your tasks be as a Customer Service Representative?
- Commercial support for the German market
- Lead each project, by liaising with other departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) in order to maintain a sustainable relationship with your customers
- Manage your own customer base
- Take part in action and strategic plans
- Maintain yourself up to date regarding the industry and product
What are the requirements for this position?
- German native-level, English fluent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Customer Service/Sales Support/Order Management)
- Experience in a production facility and knowledge of its operations
- Ability to work independently and take matter the lead in each project
The company is offering a direct contract of 7 months to start with, intensive training and the opportunity to grow with the company.
