One of our clients is looking for a colleague to join their Benelux Order to Invoice (OTI) team responsible for billing administration and sales order processing activities for the Belgium Market. Are you ready for this challenge?

Key Responsibilities

  • Order review onto CRM system & various spreadsheet
  • To review the integrity of Order/contract/paperwork
  • Account Maintenance
  • To submit customer access requests to Customer Care by collecting Proof-of-Deliveries
  • To release orders from peer to peer
  • To report business cases
  • To do the monthly over usage billing for our customers
  • To take care of the order Indexing/Validation/Rejection/Processing
  • To focus on constant improvement and to validate approvals

Job requirements

  • A good communicator
  • With an eye for detail, deadline driven and target oriented
  • Service and customer-oriented
  • A good command of Dutch, French and English is required
  • Experience of billing processes and Sales Order Processing a plus
  • Competent PC skills – Excel skills – experience of automated Zuora system is a plus
