For our client, a large manufacturing excavators company, we are searching for a Regional Spare Parts Representatives (40 hours) for the DACH region. The candidates selected for this position will be the main POC (point of contact) for the Spare Parts Department, Warehouse and local dealers. The candidate will supervise and have ownership of the admin supply chain of the Spare Parts to dealers and customers.


  • Handle dealer and customer requests, orders, shipments, prices, technical and stock information
  • Accurately register orders, invoices and other information
  • Build customer relationship with dealers
  • Inform dealers of best prices, delivery times and provide technical information regarding products
  • Assist clients with registration and maintenance of Spare parts data in SAP and other software
  • Correctly administer information/data on software
  • Calculate price margins and discounts
  • Have technical affinity or understand material, equipment, manufacturing, logistic- processes


  • Multicultural, able to work in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Similar work experience (at least 2-3 years) in Spare Parts
  • Problem solver
  • Customer oriented/friendly
  • Proactive
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • SAP experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to travel
