Job description:
- Provide customer service, sales and general support for Trade Show and Convention Exhibitors and/or assist organizers via inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, e-mail or other communication methods.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries with appropriate and timely follow through.
- Act as a liaison between lines of business and exhibitors and “own” customer contacts and build relationships.
- Enter exhibitor, show organizer, contractor and internal orders as appropriate, take payments, raise invoices and handle any related queries.
- Outbound soft selling, sales through service and up-selling (lead generation) with existing clients. Assist with and provide accurate input for stock control, maintenance of various reports and spreadsheets.
- General back and front office administration and the accurate maintenance of files and records.
- Occasional travel to attend shows onsite and deliver onsite support and customer service.
- Work collaboratively alongside and provide support to the Operations and Account Management Team.
- Keep abreast of industry and company information and maintain up to date knowledge (after training) on appropriate areas such as Electrical Regulations and services within the UK and overseas venues.
- Must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis during busy periods
Candidate requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in customer services industry.
- Fluent in English and professional proficiency in German
- Must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis during busy periods
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and handle multiple demands.
