Our client, a leader in their industry are looking for an Office Assistant / Travel Coordinator for their Amsterdam Office.

As the Office Assistant | Dutch and English speaker, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Amsterdam's office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. 

These include, but are not limited to

  • Organizing and booking all (inter) national business travel arrangements, booking transport and accommodation
  • organizing meetings
  • handling incoming/outgoing calls and emails and correspondence
  • welcoming visitors
  • organizing company events or conferences 
  • ordering stationery and office supplies 
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients 
  • acting as back up to the executive assistant of the president during holidays or absence

What are we looking for:

  • near native level in both English and Dutch 
  • previous experience as an assistant within an international environment
  • good interpersonal and time management skills 
  • good organizational skills and the ability to ‘make things happen’ 
  • good MS Office skills and knowledge of software packages 
  • flexible, friendly and service-oriented
