The company situation
Our client is a large company with a portfolio of strong brands, operating in the food industry with a social, sustainable and ethical approach. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their small team of passionate and entrepreneurial minded people in Rotterdam.

The role
As a Marketing Executive you will bring innovative solutions to attract new consumers, develop new channels and increase brand awareness through digital marketing.

Principal Responsibilities :

  • Develop & execute brand & strategic plans in close collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Category management and trade marketing support for this strong brand
  • Develop and execute the planning process for brand and customers
  • Participate in projects for new and existing products development
  • Monitor market activity such as store surveys and promotion tracking
  • Support with internal Marketing and reporting for the brand
  • Develop and present brand, trade marketing and category plans to their customers
  • Coordinate the packaging management in close collaboration with different stakeholders
  • Coordinate all key marketing activities for the brand (website, events, POS/displays etc.)

  • Native or near-native German is a must
  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience in Branding or Marketing and preferably in Digital Marketing or Online Marketing
  • Experience in the FMCG market preferred
  • Preferably understanding of Nielsen/GFK data analysis
  • Creative, entrepreneurial spirit and team player
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal, with good presentation skills)
  • Analytical and accurate to interpret market data
  • Enjoy owning projects from start to end
