Do you have at least 1-2 years of management assistance experience? Do you speak English fluently and at least basic Dutch? Are you a highly organized and self-starting individual? Are you available to work 24 hours in a week?

You will be responsible for:
- providing secretarial and administrative support to the President, Vice President,Director of Finance and Director of legal.
- managing your assignments in time and with accuracy
- arranging appointments, conferences and meetings (sometimes events)
- arranging business travels and managing expenses
- dealing with incoming emails and phone calls
- preparing meeting minutes
- collaborating and following up with projects
What are we looking for:
- a higher vocational / professional education
- 1-2 years relevant recent experience within an international organization
- fluency in English; Basic Dutch
- no 9-5 mentality
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- pro-active attitude, get things done
- organized, accurate, transparent
- good communication and organizational skills
- ability to set priorities and handle stressful situations
- team-player, hands-on mentality
- available at least 24 hours in a week
