Our client, one of the world’s leading companies in their sector, is looking for a Lead Security and Controls Analyst to join their European Financial Shared Service Center in Amsterdam.

How will your day look like:

In the role as a Lead Security and Controls Analyst you will will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with senior personnel throughout the European business to define clear roles and responsibilities in the ERP systems following the role base access (RBA) model
  • Monitoring that new roles and access are granted following the RBA
  • Coordinating Segregation of Duties conflict management to ensure minimum number of conflicts in the ERP systems
  • Coordinating Periodic Access Reviews for the different ERP Systems within Europe to ensure that the right people have the right access
  • Performing regular business processes evaluation to ensure mitigating controls are effective and properly documented
  • Ensuring processes comply with Corporate policies and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors on interim and annual audits.

What are they looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • +3 years previous experience working in Oracle or SAP in the area of Security & Controls
  • Knowledge in Compliance, Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley Act
  • Experience with CS Comply, GRC or similar is desirable
  • Previous IT Audit experience is desirable
  • Ability to work with peers and management to achieve objectives
