For our client, a real estate German company, with a recently new office set up in Amsterdam, we are looking for a FULL TIME (40 hours) (junior) PA/Office Manager to assist the Finance Director and the Accountant. The ideal candidate is a junior candidate who is open minded and has a problem solving attitude, can work autonomously, as tasks will be very variable, from tax returns to organizing meetings, to helping make power point presentations and being responsible for the office overall. Someone who enjoys helping around (as it is a small team of 2 persons), is proactive, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn, as well as see no task as a challenge or below him/her would be considered perfect for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Office management, and general office administration
  • Ensuring there is always enough food and drinks
  • Ensuring the board room is always prepared before meetings and clearing up
  • Ensuring there is coffee/tea for meetings and clients
  • Responsible for mail/post and forwarding it to the relevant party
  • Daily management of CFO email and agenda, and ensuring all required documents are provided on time and signed when/where required
  • Assisting the Accountant on required tasks, such as VAT returns and data entry into the database system
  • Assist with PPT for board meetings
  • Assist with excel documents and spreadsheets

Requirements:

  • Available per direct
  • Must be available full time (40 hours per week)
  • Must be based in Amsterdam, near the city center
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (must be able to read and understand Dutch letters)
  • Office 365, can work with Excel, PPT
  • Quick learner
  • Autonomous
  • Flexible personality (can handle not having a structure and not feeling easily overwhelmed)
