As a Junior Office Assistant your tasks will include:

  • Manage the reception and welcome guests with coffee, tea etc.
  • Answer the phone and reply to emails
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Coordinate and organize business trips for colleagues in the Amsterdam office
  • Arrange lunch when required
  • Distribute post internally and externally, including managing shipment arrangements and courier services
  • Prepare bank statements for the finance department and arrange expense forms for the management team
  • Managing the stock of office and kitchen supplies
  • Be the main point of contact for the cleaning company, coffee companies and other vendors
  • Perform general ad-hoc admin duties and troubleshoot if needed
  • Support the executive assistant with general admin or facility related duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not a must
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Positive personality
  • Pro-active, hand-on and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Well organized with strong admin skills
