Your responsibilities will be to: 

  • Identify potential customers by using various research tools 
  • Target potential clients throughout the region and plan meetings
  • Extensive telephone sales from warm and cold leads 
  • Development of your own pipeline/sales channel 
  • Lead generation for the team of Consultants 
  • Set up and attend meetings with the Business Development team 
  • Keep informed of new market trends in the industry as well as the use of Social Media 
  • Networking at events in the region
  • Prepare agreements and documents and keep track of the ongoing contracts

  • Ability to build long term relationships 
  • A strong team player 
  • University level education 
  • Business/native level English. Dutch an advantage but non-essential 
  • A full driving license is essential 
  • A willingness to work outside office hours and attend networking events 

Ideally candidates with 1– 2 years sales experience in a business to business/consultancy environment would suit this role.
