Are you passionate about sales and have experience as a team leader? Are you proactive and able to motivate people? Do you describe yourself as a “tech” geek or you would love to work in the technology sector? Then this role is for you!

You will get the chance to work as an Inside Sales Team Leader in a multi-national company with a large international team. The company is building a new Sales department and we are looking for a Team Lead to join the team!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 20 Inside Sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their targets
  • Motivate, coach and guide your team on a daily basis
  • Handle a great volume of outbound and inbound calls towards old and new customers
  • Communicate with customers to determine their needs, provide them with the correct information and solve their issues
  • Spot the chance to upsell and cross-sell company’s products
  • Build upon the relationship with customers and become their first point of contact
  • Maintain a record database of all conversations
  • Work to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Daily use of ERP system to follow up on your calls.
  • Be responsible for efficient delivery of quotes as well as be sure that all quotes have been recorded in the system

Job Requirements:

  • Native speaker of one of these languages: German or Dutch
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position as a Sales Team Lead/ Supervisor 
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to motivate the team according to company’s sale strategy
  • Interested in technology and gadgets
  • Positive and upbeat personality
