You will get the chance to work as an Inside Sales representative in a multi-national company with a large international team. The company is building a new Sales department and we are looking for Swiss-German or Swiss-French native candidates.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle a great volume of outbound and inbound calls towards old and new customers
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs, provide them with the correct information and solve their issues
- Following the guideline and the company’s vision while selling the products
- Spot the chance to upsell and cross-sell company’s products
- Build upon the relationship with customers and become their first point of contact
- Maintain a record database of all conversations
- Work to achieve sales revenue targets
- Daily use of ERP system to follow up on your calls.
- Be responsible for efficient delivery of quotes as well as be sure that all quotes have been recorded in the system
