Our client - a company in the mechanical engineering industry - is looking for a talented and professional Inside Sales Specialist willing to contribute to the business developing new leads and managing a portfolio of existing clients. You will develop a lot of technical skills and have the opportunity to develop new markets and being involved in the sales strategies.
What your main tasks will be as a Inside Sales Specialist?
- maintaining and developing an existing portfolio of clients
- building strong and long-lasting relationship with your customers
- being able to recognize sales opportunities
- advising your clients about the company's products and services
- keeping yourself up-to-date regarding products and services
- preparing quotations and negotiating with clients
- keeping the system up-to-date (prices, payment terms, deliveries, etc)
- expanding the business identifying new leads and clients and studying the market
- guarantee a high-lever of customer satisfaction
What I'm looking for in a Inside Sales Specialist?
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- HBO education level
- excellent knowledge of English
- speaking Spanish/French/German/Italian will be considered a plus
- commercial mind-set, pro-activity
- technical affinity
- great communication skills
- team-player, goal-oriented
- ambitious, willing to learn and develop
