Are you an experienced Inside Sales or Key Account Manager? Do you have experience in a start up, where you need to create processes ? Then our client, an international company, is looking for you for their office in the Hague area!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, training, and coaching the inside sales representatives team
  • Handling the order to cash outbound process for key accounts (mass merchants) personally, and supervising the process for regular customers
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinating projects in order to meet deadlines
  • Incorporating customer feedback and proposing new products or features
  • Researching methods to increase customer satisfaction
  • Making sure that finance, sales, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Creating an open-communication environment for the team
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Supporting marketing events
