Are you an experienced Inside Sales support or Key Account Manager? Do you have experience in mass merchant. Then our client, an international company, is looking for you for their office in the Hague area!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling the order to cash outbound process for key accounts (mass merchants) personally, and supervising the process for regular customers
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinating projects in order to meet deadlines
  • Incorporating customer feedback and proposing new products or features
  • Researching methods to increase customer satisfaction
  • Making sure that finance, sales, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Creating an open-communication environment for the team
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Supporting marketing events
