Our client is looking for an inside sales representative, speaking German or Polish fluently, to join their amazing team in Amsterdam. Have you developed few years experience in customer service and are you looking forward to moving towards a more commercial role?
Currently the team consists of business development and sales managers. Because of the growth of the client portfolio there is a need for extra capacity. With the additional capacity we aim to offer customers a tailored made service. The inside sales will cover a portfolio of smaller clients which with extra service can be retained or even can grow further. The inside sales person will also support the existing sales managers and will also handle certain accounts together. The inside Sales will also pursue operational matters . The clients will be managed mostly by phone from the office although some visits could become opportune. You will also join fairs abroad.
The job activities will consist of :
- Client management
- Following up on leads
- Keeping clients cards up to date
- Offering of certain products
- Calculating offers
- Reporting through Navision
- Generals support of sales managers on sales and operational matters
- Participate in fairs abroad few times a year
What is our client looking for?
- Fluency in German or Polish
- HBO/ BA degree

- Organized and highly motivated
