Our client, a a super cool company in electric cars, is searching for an Inside Sales Agent | German & French | Full time to join their HQ office in Amsterdam! The environment is of a startup, with the benefits of an established company. Are you searching for your next career move? In this role, you will be part of the new markets. The team is unique, exciting and passionate. You will be responsible for seeking and securing the right partnerships, as well as providing advice and creating quality relationships with customers in Austria & Switzerland.
- Advice clients about products and services
- Answer calls and consult customers by phone and email;
- Create, send and process orders using Salesforce;
- Daily follow up on incoming leads;
- Work in close collaboration with our local operations department;
- Monitor the process before the installation.
- A Bachelor’s degree or similar level through experience;
- Strong communication skills, able to help our customers and ask the right questions where and when needed;
- Eager to learn everything there is to know about our products and services;
- Structured and accurate;
- Fluent in German, French and English;
- Available full time.
