Would you like to work on a temporary assignment in a non-profit organization? Our client is in the art industry and is located in The Hague. They are looking for the best candidate to support their People & Business team for until the end of the year. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Manage and process the monthly payroll for all the staff, as well as illness and absence records 
  • Ensure and Maintain the enrollment of employees regarding their benefits (e.g. pension scheme)
  • Prepare and follow up regarding 30% ruling applications 
  • Support the HR Coordinator with recruitment processes

Main Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in HR or Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing in the Netherlands
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and in Dutch
  • ADP Perman is a must as well as knowledge of the Dutch Labour law and Dutch HR Best Practices
