Do you love HR and have experience as an HR Administrator? Are you available on a short notice and are looking for your next assignment? Then check out this vacancy!

You will be working as an HR Administrator for a very nice company in the IT sector and your main responsibilities will be:

  • Be responsible for the payroll procedures
  • Provide necessary information regarding Dutch legislation
  • Handle administration regarding company employees effectively and timely
  • Run projects such as implementation of payroll systems
  • Maintain HR information systems and personnel files
  • Communicate effectively with employees and resolve their issues and queries

Your profile:

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar HR position
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Payroll system, preferably ADP
  • Knowledge of Dutch legislation regarding sickness, social benefits, payroll, labor law
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Please note that this position is temporary, for a 6-month period, as a maternity cover, starting mid-December until mid-May 2019.
