The International office in Amsterdam is looking for a HRBP who is available for 20 hours per week to provide support to the management and employees on all people related matters. The role reports into the local Managing Director as well as dotted line reporting to the VP HR based in the USA.
This role is responsible for initiating, developing, realising and monitoring the Human Capital policy for the assigned regions. The HRBP will act as sparring partner to line management and will ensure that local business objectives will be met on an operational and tactical level.
We are looking for candidates who have plenty of experience in the following areas;
- Developing HR policy and HR agenda for an international business.
- Act as Business partner to the local office as well as a defined region.
- Experienced user of HR instruments for reporting.
- Talent management and development.
- Talent acquisition and management of recruitment partners.
- Act as HR lead on people related projects.
You will need to be a Dutch speaker with extensive knowledge of Dutch Labour law. Knowledge of other European/International labour law is a great advantage.
