Do you have experience in HR administration and are you willing to join an international and growing company close to Amsterdam? Read further! Our client is a technological company with a leading market position in his field and is looking for an enthusiastic, smart and multi-tasking HR Assistant to join their team!

Your main responsibilities as an HR Assistant will be:

  • Taking care of HR administration (employment contracts, letters, etc.)
  • Registration of new employees in the people management system and the payroll system, sick leaves and holidays
  • Keeping the personnel files up-to-date and supporting the payroll processes
  • Managing with employee requests
  • Dealing with expats' procedures and requests
  • Helping to improve the HR administration processes and procedures
  • Being in contact with the IND for visa and 30% ruling applications
  • Updating relevant HR information and assisting the team with projects
  • Onboarding new employees and providing tools and equipment
  • Creating reports

The company is looking for:

  • proven experience in HR administration
  • Fluency in English and a good level of Dutch
  • good knowledge of Excel
